About the Author:

Melissa J. Caldwell was born Cardston, Alberta, Canada. She grew up loving books and nature. When she was seven years old, she moved to Utah with her family, and her love of books and nature grew even more. Melissa graduated from BYU in 2006 with an English degree and editing minor. She has been a copy editor for over eight years. She loves reading all kinds of books and hopes to publish a novel or two one day.

The Candyman Christmas is based on a true story from the autobiography of her grandpa Dahl Caldwell. It is her first published work.
